We also record which property listings you view so we can measure interest in each listing and improve what we show you. This is collected in aggregate and is not tied to your name.

How We Use Your Information

Your contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and — where you have asked for it — send you market intelligence about properties that match your stated interests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising outside our own services.

Who Can See Your Data

Enquiries are visible to the advisors on our team who handle your request. Our systems require authentication before any lead record can be read.

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate this site — for hosting, database storage and image delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments and may store it outside your country of residence.

Cookies

This site sets a single cookie for advisors signing in to the internal portal. It is strictly necessary for that sign-in to work and carries no tracking identifier.

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Where the law gives you the right to object to processing or to receive a portable copy of your data, we will honour that request.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own business records. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted.
